Refunds & Digital Delivery Policy
Digital products – all sales final
All items are instant digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned, sales are final once payment is confirmed and access or a download link is delivered. This does not affect statutory rights where applicable.
EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital content
For customers in the EU/UK: by purchasing instant‑access digital content, consent is given to immediate delivery and acknowledgment that the 14‑day right of withdrawal is lost once download or streaming begins, as permitted by law. If access has not begun, the order may be withdrawn within 14 days.
Order cancellation
Orders can be canceled before payment completes. After payment is confirmed and delivery of access/download occurs, cancellations are not possible.
Defective or technical issues
Report corrupted files, download errors, or inaccessible links within 7 days of purchase at craftfunly@gmail.com. A replacement file or renewed access will be provided first; if the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Response within 2 business days.
Unauthorized transactions
Report suspected unauthorized payments immediately at craftfunly@gmail.com. An investigation will be conducted and, if verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Note: cardholders may also contact their bank and initiate a dispute under card network rules.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a bank dispute is filed, the matter is handled under card network and payment processor procedures. Evidence such as order details, access/download logs, IP, timestamps, and support communications may be submitted. Outcomes are determined by the card issuer.
How refunds are processed
When approved, refunds are issued through the payment processor to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be used where appropriate. Processing time depends on the card/bank; please allow 5–10 business days after approval.
